Speak Up Today is Hubbell’s confidential reporting service, available to employees and third parties to report known or suspected violations of the Hubbell Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as any applicable laws, regulations or company policies. This service is also a resource for asking questions or seeking guidance when faced with an ethical dilemma or when the right course of action is unclear.

All reports submitted through Speak Up Today are documented by an independent, third-party provider and promptly directed to the appropriate person at Hubbell for review and investigation, based on the nature of the concern. You are encouraged to submit your concerns without fear of retaliation – Hubbell strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
